Motivarse para hacer ejercicio

Los beneficios de hacer ejercicio son incontables y también sabemos cómo hacerlo, pero es tan fácil poner excusas... "Se está tan agusto en el sillón", "Estoy cansado",  "Ponen mi programa favorito" o "No tengo tiempo".

 

Existen mil y una excusas más, así que, ¿cómo conseguir y mantener  motivación para levantarse y empezar a hacer ejercicio con regularidad?

1  Planificar:

Convierta el ejercicio en una prioridad y hágalo después su rutina diaria. No lo deje como una opción. Por ejemplo, si le resulta difícil levantarse de la cama por las mañanas, no trate de hacer ejercicio en ese momento, pruebe a la hora de la comida o después del trabajo.

2  Equiparse bien:

Disfrútelo como una novedad. Es sorprendente cómo un nuevo par de zapatillas para correr, una nueva equipación o cualquier aparato o complemento pueden animarle a "empezar a usarlo". Además de verse y sentirse estupendo. 

3  Variedad:

Mantenga el interés por cambiar de ejercicios cuando entrena para no aburrirse. El gimnasio se puede convertir rápidamente en algo tedioso, así que, intente practicar actividades al aire libre de forma ocasional.

4  Hazlo en compañia:

Haga ejercicio con sus amigos, páselo bien y se mantendrán motivados mutuamente. Recibirá su apoyo y obtendrá resultados positivos. Pruebe las clases de fitness en grupo o únase a un equipo de su localidad. Como lo es hacer ejercicio con alguien mejor que usted ya que le estaría obligando a dar más de sí para mantenerse al día.

5  El arte de la distracción:

Hacer ejercicio mientras escucha música o charla con los amigos le mantendrá distraído. Probablemente se dará cuenta de que hará ejercicio durante más tiempo o de que terminará más rápido de lo que pensaba. Si está en casa, trate de hacer ejercicio mientras mira televisión o durante la pausa de publicidad.

6  Fije objetivos realistas:

Es posible que no planee correr una maratón aunque es importante tener metas y llevarlas a la práctica para mantenerse motivado. ¡Pero sea realista! No haga cosas que estén demasiado por encima de su nivel o que sabe que nunca logrará. Escríbalas y recuerde revisar la lista con regularidad.

Date recompensas:

según alcanza sus metas personales y se siente satisfecho con su rendimiento, dése una recompensa. Podría darse un día de descanso o comprar un nuevo par de pantalones vaqueros. Siéntase orgulloso de sí mismo.
